Leaden flycatcher (Myriagra rubecula)

The Leaden flycatcher is found in woodland and along watercourses in northern and eastern Australia, esp. fairly close to the coast. In southeastern Australia it is a summer breeding migrant. A male is filmed near the settlement of Wee Jasper to the northwest of Canberra. Butterfly seen being eaten is a Common Brown (Hetronympha merope) – endemic to southeastern and the far southwest of Australia.
